As both of these hobbies help to reduce stress and calm your mind. They also give you a better chance of coping with and beating illnesses - both mental and physical.
So, knitting and crocheting are good for reducing stress and helping you to relax, but why? The repetitive motions used when knitting or crocheting are able to help calm your mind and reduce the levels of stress that you’re feeling.
